Information you share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, and message. You can choose to include your selected stay dates and guest count. We use these details to respond, discuss availability or a reservation, and keep a record of the conversation.

When you check a price, we send your selected dates and counts of adults, children, infants, and pets to Hospitable to calculate the quote and prepare checkout.

Please do not put payment details or sensitive personal information in the inquiry form. Hospitable or the platform you book through may collect additional guest, booking, and payment details during checkout under its own policies.

Website operation and security

Our website and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requests, and security or session information. This helps deliver the site, maintain forms, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks inquiry submissions for automated abuse. Necessary cookies or similar technologies may support sessions and security. Google Analytics and advertising pixels are not currently enabled on this website.

This website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep inquiry and booking information as needed to respond, manage reservations, maintain necessary records, and meet applicable legal obligations. The time needed can vary with the information and the reason it was collected; service providers may also retain records under their own policies.

Information may be shared with the providers needed to deliver these services, or when needed to comply with legal requirements or protect against fraud and abuse. We use safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee complete security.

Questions and requests

Email us with privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information you have shared. Tell us enough to locate the relevant conversation or reservation, but do not send identity documents or payment details unless we arrange a secure way to provide them.

We may need to verify a request and retain information required for bookings, recordkeeping, or applicable legal obligations. Requests involving a booking platform may also need to be addressed to that provider.
