Property information, availability, and prices help you plan a visit. They may change before a booking is confirmed. A quote is time limited; review the final total and details at checkout.

Sending an inquiry does not reserve a property or hold dates. A reservation is confirmed through the booking process and its confirmation, not by submitting a question on this website.

The terms for your booking

Direct checkout is provided through Hospitable. If you book through another platform, that platform handles its booking process. Review the final price, payment schedule, cancellation policy, house rules, and any applicable rental agreement for the reservation before completing checkout.

The terms presented for your reservation govern that booking. These website terms do not replace or retroactively change the terms of an existing reservation.

The Garden Creek House at a glance

Review the property page and your booking details for the full house rules. The main arrival and group limits are:

• Maximum occupancy: 18 guests.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• Quiet birthdays and holiday meals with registered guests are welcome. No open-invite parties, events, or disruptive gatherings. Additional visitors require prior approval.

Changes, cancellations, and help

The cancellation policy shown for your reservation applies to changes and cancellations. Contact us if an unexpected situation affects your stay so we can discuss the available options. A request does not automatically change the policy or guarantee an exception or refund.

Please tell us if you notice an error or need more detail about a home. For an immediate safety emergency, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for an email response.
